Walmart has launched Prepaid Consolidation, a US supply chain programme designed to move products to shelves faster and reduce supplier logistics complexity. The strategy lets prepaid suppliers send products under one national purchase order to a single location, where Walmart consolidates inventory before distributing it across its 42 regional DCs.
