Walmart intensifies YouTube retail media focus

Walmart Connect has partnered with Google Display & Video 360 to let advertisers activate Walmart’s 1P audiences across YouTube campaigns and measure sales impact at Walmart. The integration is initially rolling out for YouTube, with more inventory planned. The companies said the move would help brands reach high-intent shoppers, including Walmart’s 150 million weekly US customers, while linking media planning, activation and closed-loop measurement.
