Tesco taps Adobe AI to personalise Clubcard user experience

Tesco has partnered with Adobe to use AI and agentic AI to sharpen personalisation across its shopping journey, aiming to deliver more relevant offers, recommendations and ideas. The retailer, which has more than 24 million Clubcard households, said the tie-up would help it better anticipate customer needs across digital channels using Adobe’s AI and creative tools. Tesco and Adobe are also launching an innovation lab to test and develop AI-led CX. (Tesco)
