UK grocery retailer Tesco has reshuffled its leadership, appointing Geoff Byrne as CEO of Tesco Ireland and Northern Ireland, succeeding Natasha Adams following her move to the group executive team. The retailer has also named Jason Tarry, currently CEO of Booker, to lead the wholesale business, with Andrew Yaxley returning to Tesco to succeed him.
