SPAR Austria said chairman Hans K. Reisch and executive board member Marcus Wild will retire at the end of 2027 when they reach 65. Markus Kaser, currently deputy chairman and a board member since 2021, will become chairman of Spar Holding AG and Spar Österreichische Warenhandels-AG on 1 January 2028. Paul Klotz will remain on the board, joined by long-serving executives Johannes Holzleitner, Gerhard Wandl and Tanja Wiesmann. (SPAR Austria)
