US cybersecurity group CrowdStrike will acquire XM Cyber’s IP, including more than 45 patents and source code, from Schwarz Digits. The companies also expanded their partnership to offer CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform through STACKIT, Schwarz Group’s sovereign European cloud. XM Cyber will remain independent and continue supporting customers under licence. The transaction is expected to close in H2 of CrowdStrike’s 2027 financial year. (CrowdStrike)
