Schwarz Group has appointed Christian Müller as sole CEO of Schwarz Digits, its digital and IT division, following the departure of former co-CEO Rolf Schumann by mutual agreement after seven years. The retailer said the move would sharpen the unit’s strategic focus as it enters its next growth phase, building on digital initiatives including Lidl Plus, Kaufland Card, cybersecurity, AI investments and cloud services.
