Swiss retail group Migros is making Migros Online an independent unit within a new Online Retail division alongside Digitec Galaxus, replacing its Non Food division. Digitec Galaxus CEO and co-founder Florian Teuteberg will chair Migros Online, joined by executives Oliver Herren and Hendrik Blenken Blijdenstein. Migros said greater independence would help the grocery ecommerce business address distinct online customer needs and strengthen competitiveness. (Migros)
