The Lidl Plus loyalty app has surpassed 8 million registered users in the country and has been ranked Italy’s easiest app to use in a survey by NielsenIQ and UX testing platform mUp. The survey, conducted in March 2026, collected 72,837 reviews from a panel of Italian users on 147 business apps active in 19 different sectors, named Lidl Plus as the app with the best user experience in Italy in 2026 in the supermarket sector.
