US grocery retailer Kroger has named Emilee De Martino as executive vice president and chief people officer, effective from August 2026. De Martino previously worked at McDonald’s and will oversee human resources and labour relations, succeeding Tim Massa, who is retiring after 15 years with the business. She joins from Bath & Body Works, where she was chief people officer. (Kroger)
