The Home Depot said SRS Distribution had completed its acquisition of Mingledorff’s, a wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment, parts and supplies with 42 locations across five south-eastern US states. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal adds HVAC distribution as a new vertical for SRS and strengthens its offering to professional contractors.
