Home Depot CEO to take medical leave

Home Depot said chair, president and CEO Ted Decker will take temporary medical leave and is expected to return within several months. Senior EVP Ann-Marie Campbell will oversee day-to-day operations, while EVP and CFO Richard McPhail will supervise financial management and the company’s Pro subsidiaries. Independent lead director Greg Brenneman will chair the board during Decker’s absence. Home Depot operates 2,361 outlets and more than 1,280 SRS locations. (Home Depot)
