Polish wholesaler and retail group Eurocash has transferred 73 company-owned Delikatesy Centrum outlets to franchisees, ahead of its initial target, as it shifts away from directly operated stores. Further transfers are planned through Q1 2027, while unviable locations will close. Eurocash expects the restructuring to generate around PLN100 million of structural savings, reflected in 2027 results, while retaining wholesale sales and associated margins. (Eurocash)
