E.Leclerc hosts new food court concept for service areas
Marie Blachère has launched its first French-style food court with E.Leclerc at the Estérel motorway service area on the A8, targeting stations, airports and train stations. The 200m2 pilot sells salads, pizzas, tacos, hot dogs, desserts and snacks, and doubled sales versus the previous operator within 48 hours. The format requires around EUR300,000 in capex and could expand to other operators. (LSA)
