Delivery Hero has launched an agentic AI assistant for restaurants and local shops, supporting advertising, promotions, customer reviews and menu content. The tool, accessed through WhatsApp, can implement approved recommendations directly. More than 40,000 partners currently use it, while Glovo restaurants using the assistant recorded a 15% increase in orders. Delivery Hero plans to expand access to hundreds of thousands of partners.
