Belgian food retailer Colruyt Group has deployed two Scania hydrogen fuel-cell trucks in daily logistics, becoming the manufacturer’s first and only Belgian customer in the five-year pilot. The 50-tonne vehicles combine 356 kWh batteries with 56 kg hydrogen tanks, offering up to 800 km range. Colruyt aims to make its own freight transport emission-free by 2030 and all goods transport run on green electricity and hydrogen by 2035. (Colruyt Group)
