Casino Group and the Zouari family have signed a new partnership to accelerate Franprix and Monoprix convenience expansion. A Franprix development vehicle will be 60% owned by the Zouari family and 40% by Franprix, initially operating around 30 outlets. A similar Monoprix structure operates about 50 Monop’ sites, while Franprix will fully own Pro Distribution, which runs around 90 outlets. Closing is expected by end-2026.
