Belgian retailer Colruyt Group has received a binding offer of EUR152 million from Carrefour for its French wholesale business Codifrance, which generated revenue of approximately EUR310 million in 2025/26. Colruyt said Codifrance requires greater scale and investment to expand in France’s consolidating market. The proposed sale remains subject to employee consultation and competition approval, with completion expected in H1 2027. (Colruyt Group)
