Carrefour has secured another court victory over its shift of company-operated outlets to lease-management and franchise models. The Paris Court of Appeal rejected a CGT challenge seeking extensive disclosure of contracts and other documents linked to transfers since 2017. The ruling follows other decisions favouring Carrefour, whose unions have argued the model weakens employment protections and amounts to a disguised restructuring of its store network. (LSA)
