Asda sees signs of improvement in Q2 2026

UK supermarket Asda reported Q2 revenue including fuel rose 0.4% to GBP6.5 billion, while ex-fuel LFL sales fell 2.3% and food LFL declined 1.9%. Momentum improved in Q3, with seven-week ex-fuel LFL sales up 0.2%, its first growth in more than two years, while food rose 0.7%. Market share stabilised at 11.5%, with management citing improved pricing, availability and ranges. (Asda)
