Amazon has made Alexa+ available to all US customers, offering the generative AI assistant free to Prime members or for USD19.99 a month to non-members. Alexa+ uses Amazon Nova and Anthropic models and supports more complex, agentic tasks including restaurant bookings, ride-hailing, home services, shopping and calendar management.
