Amazon pledges customer tariff refunds for select users
Amazon will automatically refund customers in limited cases where it can identify that tariff-related import charges were passed directly to them. CFO Brian Olsavsky said the company received USD600 million in tariff refunds but had absorbed most tariff costs or was not the importer of record for most products.
