Polish ecommerce marketplace Allegro has partnered with voice AI specialist ElevenLabs to launch a virtual assistant across Allegro Delivery customer-service lines. The agent handles high-volume queries including delivery status and parcel collection, while complex cases are transferred to human advisers with tracking details and an automated conversation summary. Built on ElevenLabs’ multi-agent architecture, the service will be expanded gradually over the coming months. (Allegro)
